Yesterday-training day :D
went school early..
at about 1pm..
saw kc hahas lol
he kana scolded or something?
den wandered off around in the school
went canteen buy drink
den saw concilors..
they got camp.. diao
torture camp i think..
treat all the sec 1's like dogs..
asking them shout shout shout..
people o level at hall
den they shout shout shout..
so noisy la..
about 2.10pm den start training
quite off-form x.x
cant run outside school.
cause the pavement is being repaired or something like that
so stay in school to do warm up
after that boys are being ask to bring cones and sticks
den teacher ask boyi and zheming dunno do packing?
for the open house de..
they like do until very bu shuang..
>10 sets of jumping cones (2nd floor)
went to car park
>striving + knee lift + SPRINTING? (30mins?)
lol.. coach say 70% of speed
den everyone like CHIONNGGG... -.-
after that coach ask who got injury de no need do liao
but i want so just stay lor..
but ankle still pain la..
walking like so funny..

at first is sit opposite dirrection..
den later is lie on ground de..
quite fun la xD
but each time run finish 1
den i walk very slowly back cause ankle very pain

went to PASIR RIS..
to see her doctor..
so went there..

den went to eat..
after that went to cousin house..
stay there for so long la...
at there teach people how to turn rubiks cube..
teach until i fed up la...
teach so long she still dunno
den i dun wan teach liao
stay at the house so sian..
nothing to do at all de..
went to eat at about 5pm+
den went home by MRT...
reach home liao..
now blogging :D
today damn sian................
